November 2025
November is a fantastic month on the Plateau as we move into the late fall and early winter season. Activity remains consistent across the Highlands-Cashiers market, with motivated buyers continuing to look for properties that fit both lifestyle and long-term home needs. Buyer interest remains steady, and well-presented properties continue to see meaningful activity. We are only a week into November, and we’ve already had several new listings come to market at the start of this month, reflecting continued activity across a range of price points and property types. As we look ahead toward the start of the new year, this is also a productive time for sellers to prepare and begin discussions. Our team is available to guide preparation now so listings launch strategically and effectively in the months ahead.
Around Town
A few local favorites and seasonal happenings to enjoy this month:
A Sweet (and Familiar) Name in the Spotlight:
If you’ve heard “Edelweiss” recently, it may be from several mentions on the Food Network. One of these is Edelweiss Highlands Pastry Boutique here in Highlands, owned by Oksana Shchelgachova, who competed on The Food Network’s Halloween Baking Championship. Her pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious. A perfect stop this season.
